New season Foxhay is released!

We are pleased to announce the release of Foxhay Late Harvest 2023. This vintage repeats the popular medium dry, fruity profile of Foxhay from previous years and has fermented out to a very comfortable 5.2% abv. There is range of apples gone into the harvest including local Lord Lambourn, Russets, Bramleys, Thoday’s Quarrenden plus traditional base notes from Yarlington Mill and Tremlett’s Bitter.

There are around 5000 bottles to be released which will be available at venues and festivals around Cambridge – including our wonderful local The Black Horse pub in Rampton.
